At Veen Handloom, we are committed to delivering premium-quality handloom products. Every item undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Since our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, or design are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered defects.
We will deliver the replacement/exchange product within 5-6 days
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.

You receive the wrong item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

Clear photographs (and an unboxing video, if available) must be shared for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Minor colour differences due to photography or screen settings.

Natural variations in handloom weaving, texture, or finish.

Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Customized or altered products.

Products purchased during sale or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Return Process

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your Order Number, issue details, and supporting photographs/videos.

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available or provide return shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
After receiving the returned product, our team will perform a quality inspection.
If the return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement product after the returned item passes our quality inspection, subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
